All Products are sent out with Next working day delivery standard. Delivery is free for all orders. During busy periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas periods, however we aim to ship out all orders within 48 working hours on a next working day delivery service.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
If you order before 2 pm - Monday to Thursday , your order will be dispatched the same day and you will receive it the next business day. Order places on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched Monday, delivered to you on Tuesday. During busy periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas periods, we might not able to fulfil our same day despatch services, please allow up to 48 working hours for your order to be shipped.
Please note, we do not dispatch order on the weekend.
Please be aware that Next Day Working Delivery is NOT guaranteed to the following destinations: Scottish Highlands, Northern Island, Channel/Offshore Islands. They will be delivered within two business days.
If it's more convenient for you to receive your order at the weekend, we now offer Saturday & Sunday delivery for £15. If you placed your order before 2PM on Friday, and select Saturday or Sunday Delivery at checkout, you will receive your order the following Saturday or Sunday. Saturday & Sunday Delivery is currently only available in the UK.
All international orders are shipped using a 2-5 working day service except stated otherwise. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and estimated day of delivery will be emailed over to you.

Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at support@recovapro.co.uk. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. If the item has already been shipped, we will work with you to ensure it is returned.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your Recovapro as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Recovapro, you have 90 days to return it with a money-back guarantee.
Item must be returned in the same sellable condition in which it was received with all accessories returned.
1. Returns are accepted within the first 90 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 90 days, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team via email at Support@recovapro.co.uk.
2. Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Form to complete and send back to us. The form MUST be included with your return. Please keep in mind, we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
3. Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business day to process a refund.
4. Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.
