Your satisfaction is our priority at Recovapro. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 90 days to return your Recovapro product for a full money-back guarantee.
Items must be returned in the same sellable condition as received, including all accessories.
1. Returns are accepted within 90 days from the date of purchase. If you are within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Experience Team at Support@recovapro.co.uk.
2. Upon receiving your email, our team will send you a Return Authorisation Form to complete and include with your return. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returned items, so we recommend keeping your tracking information as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
3. Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business days to process your refund.
4. After the refund is issued, please allow 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original payment method.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team at Support@recovapro.co.uk. We’ll do our best to cancel it before it is processed and shipped. If the item has already shipped, we’ll assist you with the return process.
