I am a cyclist and train every day but was having trouble with adequate recovery resulting in tight muscles even after active recovery rides. I used this unit today and was amazed. As you pass the unit over the muscles you can feel it find the tight spots and after about a minute on each leg covering quads, calves and hip flexors all tightness had gone. Really pleased.

For a family that exercises a lot this has been great to use. Sometimes any amount of stretching just doesn’t cut it. This is great as you can use it on yourself too without the reliance of someone else - apart from the hard to reach areas but we have mainly used this for hamstrings, glutes, quads etc

The Recovapro is fantastic. As a chiropractor I use it on patients and the results are brilliant, patients love it. The different head attachments are great to target areas of the body, along the spine, and the different muscle groups. Using it is very easy and it's super effective pre or post workout. Also just any stiffness or soreness will be gone if you use the recovapro. Great amount of different attachments for various body parts and a lovely storage case for it all. Would definitely recommend purchasing one.
